Introduction

Mr. Chris Zhao has over ten years of professional experience, providing professional services to multiple US, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan listed companies. He has led audits and a series of assurance services for Chinese companies to be listed on NASDAQ within nine months, facilitating their rapid completion of overseas financing. At the same time, Mr. Zhao also led the completion of audit services for the first direct listing of an Indonesian company on the New York Stock Exchange, overcoming many special conditions and restrictions, and opening up MBP’s market in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Zhao is highly proficient in the compliance requirements of Section 404 of the US Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and familiar with the relevant requirements of information technology (IT) auditing. He also has extensive experience in deep communication with the US Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In addition, Mr. Zhao has outstanding abilities in coordinating cross-cultural communication and collaboration between China and the US.

Mr. Zhao has led and participated in the audit services of multiple listed companies, covering industries including hotels, wealth management, retail, blockchain, education, advertising, oil and gas, and financing leasing. At the same time, Mr. Zhao also has extensive experience in anti-fraud and internal control framework construction.

Mr. Zhao graduated from the University of Toronto in Canada. During his studies, he served as a teaching assistant and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a "special distinction" rating."
