Ms. Du has served as the Director of Risk Consulting at KPMG and concurrently served as the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility Team and Activities in Shenzhen, as well as the Human Resource Partner of Consulting Department in South China at KPMG. She has also worked at PwC's Guangzhou Systems and Process Audit Department, PwC's Audit Department, and Andersen's Audit Department.

With over 20 years of experience in the fields of audit and consulting, Ms. Du provides comprehensive services to clients including IT audit and consulting services such as information systems audit, IT governance and management consulting, and business continuity management consulting, as well as internal control compliance and audit services such as SOX compliance consulting and audit, HK listing compliance consulting and audit, and internal control consulting and audit services for domestic listed companies. She also provides risk management and internal control consulting services such as comprehensive enterprise risk management consulting, internal control system construction, internal audit, and corporate governance. Her clients mainly include large enterprises such as Ping An of China, China Life Insurance, Vanke Group, Huawei Holdings, SF Holding, China Mobile, China Telecom, China Southern Airlines, and China General Nuclear Power Corporation.

Ms. Du has provided audit, compliance, and consulting services to companies listed in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the United States for many years, and is familiar with compliance focus and regulatory requirements. With her diversified practical experience in financial auditing, IT auditing, and internal auditing, she can perceive industry risks, corporate financial risks, and audit risks, effectively plan project strategies, coordinate cross-team cooperation, and provide professional and efficient services.
