Mr. Jacken He specializes in audit services for multinational corporations and has collaborated with audit teams from over 20 countries, providing professional services to numerous companies listed in the US and China (Mainland and Hong Kong).

Prior to joining MBP, Mr. He worked for more than 8 years at KPMG in China and the Netherlands International Business Department. He assisted large multinational corporations and unicorn companies such as Accenture, DJI, and China Telecom to expand their business in Europe, Africa, and the Americas, giving him a deep understanding of cross-cultural and business differences. As a member of the European China Business Department, Mr. He demonstrated outstanding coordination and assistance to Chinese companies in overseas audits, taxation, and M&A cooperation.

Currently, Mr. He leads the audit of several emerging Chinese industry groups (such as new energy vehicles, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence software) for their US listings, while also leading the MBP management trainee team, committed to cultivating the next generation of entrepreneurial auditing elites.

Mr. He is familiar with international financial reporting standards, US financial reporting standards, and Chinese accounting standards, and his expertise covers consulting, telecommunications, education, gaming, leasing, retail, manufacturing, and multinational holding financial groups, among other industries.

Mr. He is proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
