Introduction

Ms. Liu is currently a Director at MBP, a US-based accounting firm, and has over ten years of experience in auditing with US and Chinese accounting standards. She has previously worked for KPMG for several years.

Ms. Liu is highly knowledgeable about financial reporting and auditing of listed companies and has accumulated rich experience in financial statement audits, internal control audits, and financial consulting. She is skilled in quickly identifying the essence and key points of problems in different industries that arise during the listing and annual report process, anticipating potential issues, and providing timely feedback and efficient communication. Her areas of expertise include the internet and high-tech industry, healthcare, virtual currency, new media, communications, manufacturing, and engineering.

Ms. Liu is also responsible for the MBP North China region, participating in firm management, staff interviews, and training. She is a good listener, kind to people, and leads the team to continuously improve with her excellent professional and learning abilities. She creates a good working atmosphere and development platform for employees with the greatest sincerity and sense of responsibility.

Ms. Liu graduated from the School of Business at Nankai University and obtained a master's degree from the EDHEC Business School in France.
