Introduction
Ms. Joy Pan has more than 20 years of accounting, tax and auditing experience. She has rich experience in assisting clients in registering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for initial public offerings, bond issuances and stock issuances. Prior to joining Marcum Asia, she worked for several years at one of the Big Four accounting firms in the United States (KPMG Silicon Valley office). Her clients include large multinational companies and companies preparing to go public, covering industries such as electronics, software, manufacturing, entertainment, semiconductors and technology. Ms. Pan's areas of responsibility include: assisting clients in completing SEC listings, assisting clients in completing SEC-mandated reporting transactions due diligence, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance consulting and ancillary services, internal control assessments and business process reviews for matters related to initial public offerings, reverse mergers, and investment banks, and providing consulting services to companies in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and the United States.
