Over the past fifteen years, she has been committed to the internationalization of Chinese companies, especially in the field of Chinese concept stocks. As a connector between companies and the capital market, she shares various processes and regulatory requirements for going public in the United States, insights into the commercial substance of companies, accurate judgments of significant financial impacts, proposes effective response measures, quickly coordinates various parties to reach consensus, and assists clients in operating US capital operations. Her service areas cover education, internet finance, blockchain, media, commercial real estate, crowdfunding, new energy, papermaking, packaging, electronic technology, and other industries.

In the consulting field, she is good at financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. She also has extensive experience in assisting companies in IPO counseling, anti-fraud investigations, and helping companies establish anti-short selling mechanisms.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing the guqin and calligraphy. Under the guidance of Mr. Xu Junyue, the heir of the Zhejiang School of Guqin, and the ink painter Lin Xi, she has been learning and practicing for many years. "For me, calligraphy and guqin music are both nourishment that calms the mind. I can experience the flow of the mind, and my thinking and insight become increasingly sharp through concentration."
