As a connector between companies and the capital market, she shares various processes and regulatory requirements for going public in the United States, insights into the commercial substance of companies, accurate judgments of significant financial impacts, proposes effective response measures, quickly coordinates various parties to reach consensus, and assists clients in operating US capital operations. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the guqin and calligraphy.
