Ms. Maggie Chiang has been devoted to the fields of audit, accounting, and financial management for nearly 18 years, with extensive experience in serving listed companies, helping many Asian companies successfully list in various industries such as life sciences, technology innovation, manufacturing, logistics, interior decoration, and financial services. Before joining Marcum Asia, Ms. Chiang had worked in one of the Big Four accounting firms and held various financial management positions in international well-known companies, with a broad international perspective, profound practical experience, and solid business management capabilities.
Ms. Chiang currently resides in the United States and is proficient in US GAAP, PCAOB, and SEC regulations, as well as having a deep understanding of accounting standards in mainland China and Taiwan. She is knowledgeable about the process of Asian companies going public on the US stock market and De-SPAC transactions, with substantial practical experience in these areas. Currently, her focus is on providing IPO services for Asian clients, SEC reporting for public companies, internal control, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance services.
