Mr. Neil Pinchuk has been providing professional advisory services to public and private enterprises for 30 years, with clients spanning across manufacturing, wholesale, retail, entertainment, sports, professional practices, non-profit organizations, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, investment funds, brokers/dealers, and the real estate industry.

Neil is recognized as an expert in the industry, providing auditing and consulting services to public and private companies, state tax, partnership tax, foreign corporations and foreign investors tax, payroll tax, sales tax, and similar taxable transactions. With 30 years of experience, his clients span various industries including manufacturing, wholesale, retail, entertainment, sports, professional practices, non-profit organizations, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, investment funds, brokers/dealers, and real estate. Neil has extensive international experience and is a recognized expert in corporate formation, having assisted numerous international clients in forming companies in the United States, providing consulting services on U.S. federal, state, and local tax laws, as well as securities and audit standards and regulations.

Neil not only provides guidance in professional technical seminars on a regular basis but also frequently serves as a guest speaker at industry conferences. He is also an expert witness in state courts and serves as a director and officer in a well-known foundation that was awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award by former President Ronald Reagan.

Neil graduated with honors from the auditing program at the State University of New York at Albany and holds accounting licenses in several states, including New York.
