Ms. Qiqi Wei has 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, internal control, and regulatory supervision. Prior to joining MBP, she worked at Deloitte in the United States and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Ms. Wei is well-versed in the standards for execution and regulation of the U.S. auditing and appraisal services industry. She specializes in managing and mitigating business risks, especially for enterprises operating in highly regulated and high-risk industries. This includes testing the internal control system of enterprises and providing strategic control of compliance testing. Ms. Wei is a Chinese-American with a good understanding of Chinese and Asian cultures, which gives her a unique advantage in comprehending the operating concepts and auditing insights of Chinese companies listed in the United States. At the same time, Ms. Wei has a gentle and friendly communication style and superb professional ability, which have made her a highly charismatic individual and won her the unanimous recognition and support of team members.
