Mr. Liu has over 26 years of professional accounting and auditing experience, providing professional consulting and services in various fields such as audit, M&A transactions, financial due diligence, legal accounting, internal control and SOX compliance, and international taxation for both public and private companies. In the past 26 years, Mr. Liu has solved numerous challenges for clients in different fields, as well as accounting and financial reporting issues that may arise during the process of cross-border securities offering. He is a key member of MBP in providing professional services to Chinese companies for financing and going public in the US, having helped numerous enterprises go public on US stock exchanges, SPAC listings, and SPAC mergers. Prior to joining MBP, Mr. Liu served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte's Dallas office and Partner at FORTUNE Accounting Firm's New York office.
