Introduction

Ms. Tong has over eighteen years of experience in auditing and financial consulting in both China and the United States. Prior to joining Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP, Ms. Tong worked for over ten years at KPMG China and two years at KPMG US Global Shared Services Center.

Ms. Tong has provided audit and advisory services to numerous listed and non-listed clients from various industries, including state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and foreign-invested enterprises. Her clients cover a wide range of industries, including banking and insurance, supply chain finance, asset management, telecommunications and electronics, internet technology, retail, pharmaceuticals, entertainment, and biotechnology and agriculture.

Ms. Tong is proficient in US GAAP and IFRS, familiar with the regulatory requirements of PCAOB and SEC in the US capital market and has a deep understanding of the application of accounting standards and regulatory requirements in different enterprise practice contexts. Leveraging her solid professional knowledge, industry insights, bilingual and bicultural background, she continuously provides professional and forward-looking audit and value-added services to Chinese enterprise clients, helping them grow and succeed.
