Ms. Li has more than thirteen years of experience in accounting firms, providing audit, accounting and financial consulting services to clients of multiple companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Moore Asia, Ms. Li worked at KPMG China for seven years and KPMG USA for two years. Ms. Li has extensive experience in serving Chinese companies, including manufacturing, communications and electronics, e-commerce, retail, energy, media, online entertainment, arts and culture, and internet finance.

Ms. Li is proficient in US GAAP, IFRS, and Chinese GAAP, and is familiar with the requirements for US listings and the US Securities and Exchange Commission's disclosure requirements for financial statements of listed companies. She excels at complex financial accounting issues and is committed to providing high-quality professional services to clients.
