Mr. Liang provides high-quality financial and tax planning services for clients in various industries. Mr. Liang provides accounting, auditing, and consulting services to Chinese subsidiaries of listed companies in China and Chinese companies planning mergers or IPO transactions in the United States. Prior to joining Marcum BP, Mr. Liang served as Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. subsidiary of a Hong Kong-listed beverage company, a Senior Analyst at a top-five U.S. accounting firm's New York office, and a Senior Auditor at EY Beijing.

Mr. Liang's areas of expertise cover finance, manufacturing, wholesale, pharmaceuticals, education, real estate, and oil and gas. He also provides financial services for real estate investment trusts, stocks, fixed income, and hedge funds in the United States, as well as consulting for 401(k) retirement plans, ensuring clients comply with all relevant US government regulations.

Mr. Liang holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the School of Finance at Central University of Finance and Economics in China.
