Introduction
Ms. Tina Cheng has over twenty years of experience in accounting, auditing, and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining MBP, Ms. Cheng worked for three large U.S. accounting firms, including KPMG, as well as the inspection division of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), and served as a technical director at Plante Moran LLP, providing training and overseeing internal processes for the SEC.
Ms. Cheng highly values delivering high-quality services. She establishes, implements, and maintains the audit service policies and procedures of our firm and ensures that our firm complies with relevant regulations of regulatory bodies. She provides technical guidance on accounting and auditing to our professionals and serves as the quality control representative of our firm to review audit service projects related to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
MMs. Cheng Tina is a Chinese-American with the advantage of a Chinese cultural background, which allows her to quickly understand the operating characteristics of Chinese companies. At the same time, her profound experience in PCAOB regulation has given her unique insights and keen understanding of the internal control systems of companies (ICFR)
