Introduction

Mr. Ng had worked at Deloitte and PCAOB before joining MBP. In his 15-year career, Mr. Ng had been responsible for conducting inspections of multiple large multinational corporations and accounting firms.

Mr. Ng is proficient in multiple core specialties such as US GAAP, IFRS, ICFR, PCAOB auditing, and quality control compliance, and can integrate them seamlessly. He is adept at handling complex auditing and accounting "key issues" or "difficult problems." Mr. Wu's down-to-earth personality and precise and fast judgment ability to "hit the pain points" enable him to strategize in a changing work environment, achieving twice the result with half the effort.

Mr. Ng has extensive experience in industries such as consumer goods, retail and distribution, manufacturing, new energy, and biotechnology. Combined with his cultural background as a Chinese overseas, he has a unique advantage in understanding the operating philosophy and audit insight of Chinese concept stocks.
