Introduction

Mr. Xiao has over ten years of experience in accounting and auditing. Prior to joining Marcum, he worked at KPMG China and Friedman LLP in the United States. Over the past decade, Mr. Xiao has been involved in numerous IPOs and post-IPO audits for companies, and has established good and close relationships with investment banks, consulting firms, financial advisors, and law firms in the industry.

Mr. Xiao is proficient in US GAAP, PCAOB, and SEC requirements. He has proposed solutions that comply with US market-related IPO financial compliance requirements based on the actual situation of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China. In addition to companies in China, Mr. Xiao has also been involved in the US IPO audits of several companies in Southeast Asia, including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Mr. Xiao has more than 20 years of overseas study and work experience (Australia, USA) and a background that combines Chinese and foreign cultures. He frequently travels between China and the US, which allows him to have not only a deep understanding of the US market but also a constantly updated knowledge of China's situation.

Mr. Xiao is diligent and easy-going in his work; during long-term cooperation, he is committed to sharing trends in the capital markets with clients and discussing financial issues that need attention. He has gained the trust and recognition of both clients and team members through many years of industry experience.

Mr. Xiao is passionate about football and has served as the captain of KPMG Huazhen's Beijing office team in various local events such as the Integrity Cup organized by the local Certified Public Accountants Association and the Beijing German Football Championship organized by the German Chamber of Commerce in China.

Mr. Xiao is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English.
