Introduction

Ms. Guo has over twelve years of experience in financial statement audit and internal control audit. Prior to joining MBP, she was a senior manager at KPMG Huazhen LLP. During her long-term service to various types of enterprises, Ms. Guo has accumulated rich auditing experience and is proficient in the accounting and auditing focuses and difficulties of multiple industries. She has also gained a deep understanding of China's accounting standards, international financial reporting standards, and US GAAP through her practice.

Ms. Guo is good at arranging work and controlling the scene in advance for large-scale auditing projects to ensure the project progresses smoothly. She is flexible and adaptable to unexpected events, has strong coordination skills, and is skilled at quickly judging, accurately positioning, and grasping the crux of problems based on effective communication and industry insights. She can also think multi-dimensionally, balance the interests of all parties, and propose practical solutions that fit the actual situation of the enterprise to help clients improve management efficiency and effectiveness.

Ms. Guo has served clients including listed enterprise groups, multinational corporations, and various large and medium-sized enterprises in mainland China, Hong Kong, and the United States. The industries she has served include aviation transportation, fast-moving consumer goods, new energy, home furnishings, automobiles, real estate, trade, and communication services. In addition to annual audit and IPO audit, Ms. Guo has also participated in various special auditing businesses such as state-owned enterprise mixed ownership reform, non-public offering of equity, public offering of bonds, and overseas mergers and acquisitions.
